The Life of Zen

The life of Zen
where do I fit in.
Yen and yang opposites of the same coin
To truely live a life of balance is what I strive for.

Work, play, eat, sleep and move
love, family and friends
Not to mention laundry, dishes and pets too
It's packed all in.

Day after day,
Month after month,
the art of Zen is figuring out
Where I fit in.
