| As I run up the driveway, laughing and screaming, I smell the fresh paint, of my newly pink room I see the ruby red apples, blooming on the apple tree. I skip down the sidewalk, spying my mother through the window, pounding apples for fresh, warm apple sauce. As I tumble by her, she yells to me that the hot tub is ready. I gallop my way over, stripping down to my diaper, and hop in with my floaties. I scream and play in the hot tub, splashing with my neighbors. I see the swing set, yearning for me to come and play. I scramble out of the hot tub, still in my diaper, and jump on the first swing in sight. After pumping the swing, making it go faster and faster, I hop off and begin climbing the tower slide. I hear my father call for me, saying that it's time for bed. My day was extravagant, and tonight, as I lie in my little bed, I will dream of my next journey. |
