Scared to love I am,
Scared to open the door,
To my heart,
And have my heart broken,
Into myriads of pieces.


Scared to love ,
In this insensitive world,
A meaningless life,
Full of struggle and pain.


Scared to love I am,
Scared of egos,
And ambitions so high and mighty,
That love takes a second place.


I do not know.........
How to love in parts?
So I close the door,
To my lonely heart.


But, I do yearn.........
Yearn for love so strong,
That, I forget who I am.
Yearn for love so strong,
That it makes me whole.

That I can close my eyes,
And still not fear.
