Dead Batteries

Just another reason why we don't talk.

We just don't talk
anymore.
We try to speak,
but Lana Lang's voice
is louder.
I think , maybe,
we will connect
during the commercial
but,
isn't that a nice car!
Even the news
keeps our attention
away from each other
and the batteries
in the remote
are dead.
So what's left
for us to talk about?
