Extremely metaphorical & grotesque

Exuded eyes torn,
From the child of a mother
once was a being
now decaying and deteriorating flesh
eviscerated to no end
disembowled, destroyed
nothing left but the soul of what once was
annihilate the being
as i perform this bloodletting
the mother of this child grieves
my prisoner to witness death
of her only bastard son
torn to nothing
