What should I do with my poetry contest?

I have been running a weekly poetry contest for over two years, and I think it's time for a change.

I'd like your opinion, if you don't mind, on how I should change the contest or if it should even be changed.

I don't receive nearly as many entries as I did at the start of the contest, and I'm considering changing the format. Here are the options and explanations:

Change format to bi-weekly:
The contest rounds would last for two weeks, giving entrants more time to work with each prompt.

Change format to monthly:
The contest rounds would last for one month.

Include rhyming poetry:
Currently, the contest allows only free verse entries to be admitted. Allowing rhyming poetry as well could increase the number of entries.
