more thoughts

crazy inside myself
running from my brain;
my thoughts.
it feels like.... if i stop
running, the thoughts chasing me
will slam into the back of my forehead
and kill me.

crazy inside myself
pain, like a flame, licks up
my chest
burning holes into
the heart of me

crazy inside myself.
numbness rolls over me
like
icy ocean waves washing
away
my emotions
