A love poem written for someone on a special occasion. |
| It could be said you fell from heavens embrace, But to describe you thus would be a disgrace. Hair of a raven you let beauty fly, Passion incarnate, entwined in mine. A lonely man I was, till you graced my poor sight, Filling the holes that held my heart so tight. So long it took, for our lips to meet, Inflamed in love, the truest feat. Eyes so piercing, they melt into mine, Blooming as a rose, rising so high. Though trials we face, I shall be true, No adventure so great as the one that is you. |
