My emotions are my enemy
Why do I feel when it torments me so
I try to hide the pain; I try to forget the pain, but nothing works.
My emotions rule my world; careening it out of control
I can't think I can't speak I only feel the pain as it wells up inside my chest taking my breath away.

My emotions are my enemy; I wish they would go away.
