Pink

The official color
Of most of what I despise
The hue itself
Is an assault on the eyes

Bring on Barbie and the valley girl
Parading the color that I perceive to
Represent what’s wrong with women in this world

Lets not forget the elephant
Whose company I used to seek
But with him comes illness
And a headache so bad I can’t speak

It possibly not the color
Might be my perception
Regardless
I hate pink without exception
