been behind everything,
just to see if it was what i thought.
under the circumstances,
i've become distraught.
i've been wrong
even when trying to do right
reality is prone
to even the blind side
the vanity will fade
and the shy will be enraged
the innocent will kill
just to get away
i've looked into the eyes of other men
and seen nothing.
it is only my reflection,
that reveals something.
so i cut my own path,
and draw my own line.
everything else will pass,
as i leave it behind.
the useless will fade
and the calm becomes enraged
