Love Letter

This is a love poem I wrote when I was in love with a member of my band.

Burn a hole right through my chest
let my heart bleed till I'm nothing less
as I'm laying on the floor
thinking how you're more, you're somthing more
laying languished in my bed
and words die soon as they are said
and how I feel like a word
some words that go unsaid will hurt
the words - "I love you"
came never soon
I was so shy I'd never fight
for you I'll try with all my might
my poems suck and I'm the same
long for you I've gone insane
I now feel crazy
you're beautiful, my baby
looking in your flawless eyes
I'll do some things I've never tried
I'll say "I love you"
we'll start anew
gifts I'll bring
(For you) we'll sing
