Bits and Pieces....shaken not stirred

bits of my life each stanza is different and personal to me

The difference between
Who I am
And
Who I've always wanted to be
Is so similar to what separates
What could have been
And
What shouldn't have been.

As much as I debate
Whether you feel the same
I feel that you know
In your words and glances
You remember when
Just like I do
And you're just as afraid
As I am

People say I analyze too much
Am I not satisfied
With basic facts and such?
But maybe I'm not all that demanding
Maybe they're just underestimating
My mind

Those girls
Think they know me
Speak about me
Think for me
And
Know nothing
About me
I tried
I made the effort
But they still dont get me
So I'm relaxin
And if they want hang
All they got to do is give me a rang

I am shy
I am wonderful
I am silly beautiful
And
I'm worth it.
