To Birth

Moment of birth ; spiritual ; I AM the bread of life (John 6.35a)

Look into my eyes,
I Am the moon, the stars, the sky.
I Am all you have dreamed,
Or will ever dream.
Peer into the depth of waters,
into which you dare not delve.


Born in stillness, quiet solitude,
A mother's easiest birth.
Gentle fetus beginning to emerge,
released from the aqueous encasement burst.
