what's in the dark

Sometimes when the clouds cover the sky
and the breeze bring leaves down my window.
I open the window to let some breeze
into the house but before i know it
the rain comes in too.

I have learnt a lesson about life.
sometimes you do things
and the results hit you bad.
They are unexpected,
sometimes one does not feel the impact
of one actions till the results come.
That is why i do ask this question
What's in the dark?

Sometimes when we find ourselves on a path,
we worry where it leads.
Sometimes we worry what the future has for us.
We worry how we gonna look when we are seventy
but you know what?
we can always ask for a ray of light,
to lighten the dark path and
Live one day at a time.
