as you wake me from sleep,
the soft kiss and your smile
are memories I'll keep.

The rose on my pillow
is a gift from the heart,
love in the morning
has made a grand start!

New wedding rings
shining ever so bright,
won't lose the luster
that fills me with delight.

Romance is no myth
that much is clear,
I'll love you forever
my darling, my dear.

The love that I feel
came without warning,
starting today with
love in the morning.
