To hold in ones tears is to swallow their emotions

Just like gooodbye, it means so much
Comes from the heart, its shared to touch
A tear has told so many things
and to us all, emotions it brings
It shows we feel from deep inside
these feelings we have are not meant to hide
A tear held back, holds in your fear
do not be afraid of the power of a tear
Embrace its touch, its yours to feel
So set it free, do not conceal
A tear does not show that you are weak
For when a tear has touched your cheek
It just may hold the answers you seek
