Innocent love.

I'd love to melt into the air you breath
Glide to the ground like leaves off a tree
And float away as a sail to the sea
Your scent's forever left its mark on me
I taste peppermint candy and men's shaving cream

At times, its frightening cause this feels like a dream
I never thought I would fall in love with such a genuine soul
Who would treat me so kind
And bring such joy to my life
Your arms are soothing, gentle yet strong
In them; I fall asleep and forget all that is wrong
I'm sorry if their's anything
I'v done to make you feel unwanted
I'm nowhere near perfect
Or even to where I long to be
I admire your compassion, intuition and charm
It ignites my body and sets my spirit free
