A Lover's Suicide

This is about a man who kills himself after the one he loves commits suicide.

No longer able to stand the pain
Just wanting to get away
I try to tell you
But you say it'll be ok
To not even think like that
I say how much I want to die
You just sit there and cry
Begging me to not leave you
I say no one will notice
Nor even care
I say that you'll be ok
That you'll find someone else
One that will be able to make you happy
You say you don't want anyone else
That you already have the one you love
I tell you that I love you
That I always have and always will
I say good-bye
Give you one last and final kiss
You find out the next morning
That I bled to death that night
From the many cuts n my wrist
I leave a note, asking you not to cry
You hold my cold, lifeless body in your arms
While you find the blade I used
You silently cry
Vowing that you will meet the one you love
In a very short time
You told me that you couldn't live without me
I guess I never believed
Now as you and I sit together in Heaven
Watching over our loved ones
We can finally be together forever
