Sitting here just thinking,
Of how time has passed and gone,
You said that you loved me,
I believed it,
Guess i was wrong.
Were the words just empty,
Worthless lies to get my trust?
Did you really belive in me,
Or was it all just lust?
I gave you my heart,
My body and my soul.
After those that went before,
I never thought i could.
Should i walk right out the door,
Or stay and wait it out?
Do i let you go and see if you return,
Or simply forget and turn away?
