An Island of Hope In A Sea of Desolation

I'm lost in the dark,
And here comes the stranger with the light,
A light to the beginning of life,
I'm not sure to follow him or stay behind,
But he might have been what I was looking for,
The last island of hope in the sea of desolation,
I am yet wondering to talk his powerful hand,
And lead me to the last note in a sequence of harmony, Or stay behind,
Losing the the light to the shadow of me...
