She feels broken
Lost in the world
Pain and sorrow is all she's ever known
Crying late at night
Feeling the emptiness
Wonders when, when it will end
Heart's gone cold
No one to turn to
The grief she always holds
Has become part of her soul
The war she lives
Just doesn't feel like home
Wishing there was a way
To let it all go
She feels a bit fragile
But puts up her walls
Never lets her guard down
Doesn't trust anymore
I don't know when
It will be alright
The tears that come
The tears I try to fight
While I'm lying in my bed
Late at night...
