Soups are one of my favourite meals to make, as you can practically have anything in them.

Soups are very versarile meals. You can have chunky soups that are quite filling. or clear soups that you can have as a lovley intermediate.

The different types of soups are consommes, creams and broths. All of which will be incorporated in this book.
