With These Eyes

With these eyes
I see right through you.

With these eyes
I see what your hiding,
And I see why.

With these eyes
I see the pain,
And I see why you hide it.

With these eyes
I see what you cover up
With a costume,
Forever more.

With these eyes
I see behind the smiles,
The laughs, and giggles.

With these eyes
I see a girl
Lost and confused
Of a life so far gone.
