Bless This Land

A tribute to our country - God Bless America...

O’ Father which are in Heaven
Bless this land in which we live
Help us to remember how our Founding Fathers sought you
And all they were willing to give.

For seeking freedom and taking a stand
They put everything on the line
Help us to never forget what was lost,
To make this country so envied and refined.

You blessed us Lord
Because you were sought at a time to declare
Where we stood morally as a collective people
And because of our worship and prayer.

Bless us O’ Father in these times
When so many are blinded of the truth
When your blessings have been forgotten
Unlike the way our county was in its youth.

Give our soldiers strength
When sent to foreign soil
And protect us in our homeland
Where the innocent do toil.

Strengthen our leaders O’ Father
And lay your Will upon their hearts
Teach them to listen for your voice
So your guidance you may impart.

Send your breath of forgiveness
Over our fallen land
And sooth our aching souls
With the power of your mighty hand.
