I wrote this after watching The Phantom of the Opera

So alone
You've closed your heart
On everything
And everyone

No one tries
To bring you back
To who you were
Long ago

I want to see
What you hide
Let me in
To comfort you

I'll show you
Guide you
From the shadows
Into the light

Trust me
And I will help you
Reach out your hand
And I will take it

Open your
Hidden doors
Let me see
What you hide

Let go
Of your regrets
Start anew
Begin again

In time I know
You'll trust again
Just learn to love
And you will fly.
