Moonlight woke me up on a cold winter night and this is how I felt

The Moon

Wakes me up in the dead of night
Peek a Boo through the blind
Tickles my eyelids with delight
Stirring my mind

Hide 'n Seek the clouds drift by
I Watch the moon play
looking up to the sky
I don't know what to say

Looking down on new fallen snow
He blows a soft kiss
Leaving behind a glittery glow
A calm I can't dismiss

I look out into the night
And the moon smiles back at me
