A story of hope. It felt like Anders finally accepted his life at the end of the story. the sadness of what has happened is always going to be there, but he is with Erik now and that is all that matters. It was a gentle story, and one that reminds us that sometimes it is the people we choose more than blood family who end up being the light that guides us.

Technically, there are a number of missing commas, which will clarify meaning in some places. Otherwise, fine. Story-wise, maybe too many names were mentioned without explanation.

This was almost more a character study than a standard story, but it worked for the point being made. Nice work and good luck going forward.
