What brought tHiNg to glide in a space time continuum over to your port?
I gave the prompt for this earlier in the week in The Writer's Cramp. I was not the judge, but I wanted to see what you writers would do with my prompt. So, here I am to read and send a review.
What does tHiNG think about while perusing your item?
This wonderful poem is about something that is meant to be. The title is very engaging, as are all the words. We are all part and substance of the universe. Referring to Carl Sagan, it is written in the stars.
What does tHiNG applaud about while reading your item?
This was my favorite part:
"So this
calls to us, in a way, this lure of heavens
so vast, this invitation to come back
to our Cosmic home."
There is something very comforting about thinking about life and its inevitable conclusion this way. It is accepting what cannot be changed and even welcoming what the future holds in store.
Very moving free verse style poem!

P.S. I am someone who loves to read and review. That is a pretty simple statement and it is true, in the spirit of Ernest Hemingway, who once said, "Write one true thing."
Ta Ta until we meet again in another place and time....
