This is good poetry. An eye follows ones movements from Ghana in Africa to Shanghai in China. Is it the FBI?. It seems like the government is keeping an eye on every movement one makes. They have information of a said person. All activities are being tracked and the person is being traced. The poetry is political in character. It shows how the government is keen to keep up with you. What intent it has is not clear?. Perhaps, it is to get your services for their own use. Privacy is at stake and hence our struggle to maintain the same.
