Hi

I'm glad I read this work of yours. It is my pleasure to both read and comment on your work "

First Impression/Thoughts:
How can anyone not like a tribute poem to our everyday heroes? Especially when it is as well-crafted as this one!
Creativity/Impact:
I like how you described a typical harrowing night in detail, and end the poem with a refrain to show how the firemen go through such nights every day.
Message/Theme:
Firemen save lives by risking theirs. We simply don't thank them enough for doing their jobs well. This poem goes a little towards making up for that.
Technique/Technical Notes:
These are just my thoughts and observations. I may not have read the work the way you intended. Please decide for yourself if these comments are helpful to you; if not, feel free to disregard them.
Title - The title is the first thing that prospective readers will see. The title fits the subject. It is functional instead of flashy, perhaps just like the firemen being paid tribute to?
Grammar/Wording - I noticed nothing that jarred or confounded the reading. This is always a sign of good writing.
Form/Flow - There are some uses of half-rhyme, e.g. Mom/calm, passed/blast, etc. and the meter is not perfect, but they do little to detract from the overall quality of the poem.
Emotion/Imagery - The refrain has to be my favorite part of the poem, conjuring up both the tireless energy of the firemen as well as their promptness.
Overall Rating/Final Thoughts:

A most worthy tribute to firemen all over the world! Thank you for a wonderful read!
Keep writing! Wishing you all the best,
Azrael
