A difference between being submissive and being owned is argued well here . it seems being submissive is forced versus being owned is by choice here. So to
live with under the spell of someone suits to some people, but not others.Sometimes doing whatever makes other happy , is best way to follow, for the harmony in life. and after all everyone wants harmony, rather than a commotion, in life.
