This is a nice short poem. More than the poetry it introduces the reader to the concept of a Haiku and Senryu. The poetry is lucid and simple. The summer clouds are described as moving fast. The Haiku creates a calm feeling to the mind. It is restful and peaceful. The Senryu is fast as it asks the reader to rush to the beaches. The two poems are quite opposite in actions, but convey a singular theme of peace and enjoyment.
