| (4.5)  Welcome to WDC from "Newbie Welcome Wagon" ! Greetings, Wies! This is a nice little piece of non-fiction, and I'm a little surprised that it won "The Writer's Cramp" . But not because it wasn't good, but because I didn't think they allowed non-fiction.Regardless, congratulations! You did a great job of using Dylan's musical quote prompts (and having to use them both at the beginning AND the end couldn't have been too easy!). I never got into that Rising Star thing, but I'm happy for you that you did. It sounds interesting, and I'm sure you're going to learn a lot about yourself as a writer, and maybe even about yourself in general. I would never have guessed that you've only been writing in the English/American language for four and a half months! That's amazing! Personally, I think you write better than some folks on here that have been writing in the English/American language for their entire lives! Anyway, nice piece, Wies. I'm sure you're going to like this little adventure, and please stick to this. I know 8 months is a long time, but I know it will be worth it. (I couldn't do it, but that's just me).
