![]() What brought the Hand of THiNG to your port? What Does THiNG think about while perusing your item? What does THiNG applaud about while reading your item? This is all lovely and eloquent. This was my favorite passage: "No blooms of life, no rose leaves Found in winter's dormancy. Vivid splashes of color Slept under winter's blanket The molten grey sky hovered Over our special place." This brings me back to a picture of a time that seemed to be so slow when I lived it and now it whooshes past in memory. You have brilliantly captured the sights and feeling of the time and brought it back to me in a way that doesn't make me sad. That is remarkable because going back like that usually results in great sadness. Today, it just makes me smile and want hot chocolate. Well done! THiNG a.k.a. HOOVES, a.k.a. COWser Soze, a.k.a. 4ps I am not an expert on poetry or prose. I am merely a reader who loves to read. I am not a proofreader and would rather do most anything else rather than proof read. That is what proofreaders get paid to do. I share my experiences when I read and try not to blabber on too much, but when I do it's because I truly felt something. I enjoyed visiting with you! Ta Ta until we meet again.... "Avoiding Toothless Rabid Bullies & Such"
