What Does THiNG think about while perusing your item?

This is an offer to do a service for a local business with regards to an upcoming market in your area.

I noticed a couple of minor typos that you might want to correct.

You need to double space after your greeting. This is an informal greeting so I assume you may know these people otherwise.

In the second paragraph, you have this sentence to start:

"My business, ProActive Copywriting, would love to assist you in this." I think you should end this sentence with the word "endeavor" or something like "goal".

Then, in the second sentence you have:

"Therefore, I am offering to help you take advantage of the opportunity to fill your business with new and to give you preferred customers the chance to see your special and new offers all at once." You left the word "customers" out after the word "new" and then the word "you" before "preferred" should be changed to "your".

I like that you keep your letter straightforward and concise. And, it is also good that you tell them how using your service will be beneficial to their business in the long term.
