What does THiNG applaud about while reading your item?

My feeling is that this can be made in a crockpot, too. I bet it could be. The ham is good seasoning and I am glad there was no beef products used. Some deliciousness is cooking here.

Thanks for sharing an awesome recipe! A cornbread recipe might go good with this if you have one that has sugar in it and not that stuff that passes for cornbread, but tastes like sawdust.
