| Title: A Person's a Person. Author: writeforlife Type: Poem Yeah, while reading this I thought, "The tone of this poem makes it perfect for children" and sure enough, that is one of the genres you have it listed under. Not only does the tone seem fit for kids, but so does the moral built into it. The theme of the poem is meant to remind us that everyone is the same, though different. It's a theme too often forgotten or ignored. The other intent of this poem seems to remind children of all ages that despite their situation in life, they can reach a degree of greatness, and through that, satisfaction. I can't really disagree there, other than to say it's not that easy, but what is? Aesthetically it isn't the most attractive poem ever. Most of the lines begin with short words which gives the poem an awkward look, but that is just cosmetic. Those short lines do aid in the tone and style of the poem, so maybe they are necessary. I like the hopeful and vivacious ending. It is filled with energy and expectations. It would be hard to walk away from this poem without smiling. I enjoyed reading it. ** Image ID #1833397 Unavailable **
