Pets can be an important part of someones life. I know my dog was when I had it. Unfortunately it passed away many years ago and that hurt so bad I vowed never to have another pet ad I never have. Still for those who understand that the joy they get from pets outweighs the end result, they can be a boon. It is clear that Mannie has that kind of impact on your life.

Not to be a party pooper, but I think you may want a lower case, "b" in, "beautiful," and, I think you want an extra, "l" in, "intelligent." I also don't think that you need a comma after, "Mannie." You maybe could after, "big."

As I said, pets can play a big part in our happiness and well-being and it certainly looks like Mannie fits that bill for you. Now if he could just whip up breakfast and find your television remote, then he'd be perfect!

It is short but to the point. Why write more when all you need to say can be said in a few words?
