I enjoyed the form of this poem. I am just now learning different styles to write poetry in. You were able to capture those last moments in death naturally without it feeling forced. Your use of description and choice of words showed clear imagery. My favorite line is: Death smiles at me with relishing eyes. Great job, write on!
