Just far enough to be screwed

You can still see the island as a speck when a flash storm summons some waves put of nowhere to smash your raft. Your tossed and tumbled into the water and lose all sense of direction, you black out for the last time and drown.

Well that's what you expect anyway, before you lose consciousness you feel yourself be sucked into something, where you curl up into a fetal position. An hour passes before you decide to wake up. It's dark and you hear water all around you. Your cramped in a soft squishy and roomy area. You try to feel around to find how you got in but you seem to be completely sealed.

You're convinced that you're being born again and are inside some woman's womb. But you're confused by some factors.
