After you're done your second plate you finally feel full. You rinse off your place and slide it into the dishwasher and head upstairs to your room and lie down on your bed.
You run your hand over your head and feel the bump on your head.
"Ouch," you sigh and raise your head up a bit and rest it on your pillow a bit more gently.
You suddenly don't feel so full any more, in fact you feel like having a snack. Wait a second!' you think to yourself and look down at your swollen belly and realize you just ate more than ever before. Your usually flat stomach looks very full and bloated and you run your hands over the tight belly. In your mind you know you should feel stuffed, but your head tells you that you're still a bit peck-ish.
You slowly raise your hand back to your head and find the bump and give it another gently push and feel the sharp pain. You wince for a second and realize you're hungry enough for a meal, or even a light supper.
"Holy!" you say and sit up and realize the bump on your head is directly linked to the appetite sensor of your brain. You smile to yourself and feel your bloated little belly and wonder how you should exploit this fortunate development..
