Who will get the Ring?

The Ring of Absolute Truth floats in its ring box in the great cosmic void between an infinite amount of realities. Waiting. Then a light blue portal opens and sucks the small box into it. The time for a new user of the Ring approaches. It is only a matter of who, when, and where the box will arrive at for better or worse.
