Chapter #5In space, no one can hear you inseminate by: MrNoNoseHair   It's quiet.
Diana Hockton is a 31 year old research scientist who was sent out on a space faring ship to study and examine some new species of aliens that had been discovered on one of the new planets in a neighboring solar system, specifically, she had been stationed to hover over the planet called 84BY, Or, the "second cradle", and see what she can about the new species found on the earth like planet.
And its been quiet.
She had been doing this for about 4 earth time months now, and she was getting very lonely... her only companion had been her simple AI assistant, and the occasional call from other Scientists and the research head quarters.
But those were few and far between, as even with their high tech, it still fails at times, and she is pretty sure her's has gotten messed up as its been a month since her last call... and it gets quiet out here.
The station Diana finds herself in isnt small, if compared to anything, it was the size of a decent size mansion, with a garden to grow food, plenty of way to have oxygen, plenty of space to house her and any experiments and what not she might need.
Though right now it was just her... and it was quiet...
Too quiet.
It was starting to make the poor researcher go a little crazy... but that craziness had lead her to a discovery about the species she's been looking into... and came up with a plan.
There were some items she was able to get her hands on; stuff to help examine and observe the behavior and structure of the many different beings down below on the "Second Cradle", with 4 in particular that had her interest in her newest experiment.
First there was these bipedal Mammal like creatures called "Setacsuma", looking to be a cross of a Fox, a Rabbit, and a Deer of all things. With fur like having brilliant colors of orange and yellow, some looking a bit golden in some light.
The there were these, for lack of a better term, Little green people called Zeleninarod. From what was observed thus far, these looked not too dissimulator to legends of what people called "Goblins" although not to the exact details, not that Diana took much interest in ancient folk lore or what was considered Fairy tales.
Then there were these Salamander looking aliens, at first thought to be like Lizards and what not, but upon closer inspection, were much more amphibian than anything, with each one having a different color and patterns, depending on where they were born or hatched from.
And then there were these adorable looking creatures that at first glance look like colorful balls with eyes and maybe a mouth, but were a strange slug like aliens with colorful slime that help it move and cling onto surfaces, or move quickly, depending on the slime they produce. These were called Serpski, but many agree just to call them Squish balls.
After some safe modifications to her body to help with her new plan, She starts to take samples of one species she decided to use, and after some more time and preparation, inserted them directly into her modified body and allowed them to take up her womb and she would let them grow, her slight madness in this plan would have strange consequences in the long run that she would not be prepared for.
But it wont be quiet up here for long.
