Option1- Hinata heared that there is a slim chance of neji getting tenten pregnant so she has naruto become natsumi and be a surrogate mother by having fertilized eggs from tenten implanted with the hope of natsumis dense uzumaki chakra ensuring a child is conceived

Option2- Tenten isn't able to get pregnant Hinata(who is 3 months pregnant with hers & narutos child)convinced her & neji that if naruto became natsumi and sleep with neji so tenten & neji can raise the child
