Karin(who is saved by naruto instead of sasuke during the chunnin exams) finds out that naruto is an uzumaki so she approaches the third hokage about residing in the leaf to be with family citing naruto to which he states that naruto mearly honors the name and is not an uzumaki but karin refutes with that narutos chakra has the same feeling as hers & her mothers and she also points to one of the pictures in the room that has a blonde man in it as well as from public records that are available there was an female uzumaki that resided here and died on the same day the fox attacked Hiruzen sighs as this young lady infront of him figured out narutos parents so he grants her citizenship to the leaf Karin also explains that female uzumaki are futa and that there is a very small chance any non uzumaki getting her pregnant Now that karin is a citizen/ninja of the leaf how does she turn naruto into a woman?

Option1- A uzumaki fuinjutsu that turns one into the opposite gender either temporarily or permanently

Option2- A genderswap jutsu

Option3- A lock fuinjutsu she uses when she asks naruto to use his sexy jutsu but after making some changes to the form naruto takes when using the sexy jutsu
