The Doctor said "if you are the perfect guy, you see I need a helper, and well it must be someone incredibly perfect, like me...that's why I will duplicate my mind in your body" your sister "no please, you are a monster" to what the doctor said "you'll soon stop thinking that dear" as he put on a similar helmet, and activated the machine making your sister spasm and blink.
