Sedimar has finally expanded to the stars. Many planets have been colonized and settled by anthros and humans alike. And the advancement made life nearly a peach for some. But it is not a utopia. There is still poverty and war, and old prejudice reared their ugly head as new ones formed. Many colonies are only accessible to certain races, with humans being the only ones allowed to travel to and inhabit every planet. This gave humans an advantage as merchants and diplomats for their anthro leaders. But being as small as they are, humans still are at a great disadvantage. Some anthros even have human harems, and some humans are even “wedded out” to wealthy anthros by their human families. It is not uncommon for space pirates to take humans along with the cargo. sell off the cargo and "partnering up" the humans. Having one less mouth to feed and a heavier wallet...
