Lisa acquires the crown

“OK enough. I’m done with you for now.” She says dismissively.

She goes to her room and sets the crown on her nightstand. “I can’t believe it. It worked! It really worked. I can make him do ANYTHING!” she thinks to herself. The excitement for the day left her exhausted. She begins to plan out how she will use this new power to her benefit in the days to come. Eventually though, she falls fast asleep.

Lisa arrives home with some takeout dinner. Ryan quickly grabs a plate and starts to dig in. “Not so fast, where is your sister?” Lisa asks her son.

“Beats me. Haven’t seen her all day.” Ryan replies back. He is more focused on the food and could care less where his brat sister was.

“That’s strange. I guess I’ll check her room.” Says Lisa. She knocks, but the door pushes open. Lisa sees Jennifer resting peacefully and she looks to be having a great dream. The glistening light of the crown catches her eye, and she walks toward it. “Oh what’s this? Oh a crown?” She says and inspects the shiny trinket. It seems to feel like it belongs to her although she had never seen it before. She instinctively puts it on and plans to wake Jennifer.

“Wake up sweetie.” Lisa says in a gentle voice.
