He starts swapping employees

Feeling in a more responsible mood, David decided not to make swaps that he couldn't reverse for now. Customers could disappear forever, taking the wrong genitals with them. Swapping employees meant that he'd have the chance to return them to normal. Not that they'd know the difference, of course, so perhaps it didn't matter...
"Planet Earth to David!" said Rose in her charming, light but noticeable Scottish brogue. "Good morning, I said!"
"Oh, Rose! Heya!" David answered. "How ya been?"
Rose shrugged, smiling. "You know, same old. Shall we get into playing musical stock, then?" The two coworkers briefly discussed how they'd go about it, then began rotating the stock. David, though, was keeping an eye open for any interesting swapping opportunities to try the SGS out on.
Thinking over their past conversations, David recalled Rose mentioning that she was single, and getting bored with being so, but so far hadn't met anyone she was interested in. He decided that his swap would "fix" that, by swapping her with the next employee that was in a relationship who happened by.
